Calling all wine lovers! Enjoy a guided tour of the Urban Winery and be taken through six wines from three different wine regions of NSW, complemented with a charcuterie and cheese platter. You'll then have the opportunity to create your own unique blend alongside the head winemaker.

Enjoy the full experience of a working winery with this unique two hour package. Begin with a tour through the facility, learning about their processes from vine to bottle. You will then be split into groups of four and guided through six single variety red wines from three wine regions around the state, by the head winemaker himself. Explore the aroma, structure and palate-feel of each while nibbling on a delicious charcuterie and cheese platter. You'll then be challenged to unlock your inner winemaker as each group is tasked to create their own special blend. The experience finishes with a blind-tasting judged by everyone involved.
